Our ward hosted a Ward Heritage Festival. Each auxiliary was in charge of displaying a continent, there were family history activities, and an American style dinner. We had lots of countries represented, with lots of yummy food to sample. The event turned out really neat, and it was so fun to see the diversity in our ward and have everyone come together. Our ward is the Spanish magnet for our area, so we have a lot of people from foreign countries (Columbia, Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Puerto Rico, etc).

Jared and I celebrated fifteen years of marriage! He surprised me with these lovely tulips: 15 for each year of marriage, plus 6 more for each member of our family.
Adam loves to watch the diggers. They are putting in a new housing development next to our neighborhood, so we take a walk to see the diggers everyday. This was an exciting day, since they were clearing a lot and pushing over trees.
We had fun trip to the beach on Memorial Day.
