Saturday was farm day, with the first stop being the strawberry farm. The children and I picked 23lbs of strawberries (in about 20 minutes). Then we made a lot of jam, strawberry syrup, strawberry salad, strawberry ice cream, strawberry fruit leather, and froze a bunch.
After lunch we visited the Retirement Home for Horses (outside nearby Alachua).
