We were blessed to make dear friends during our short stay in North Carolina. The Wrights and the Barrotts were fabulous friends, and we shared a lot of fun playdates and visits to the museums and swimming time. Hopefully we will see them again someday!

Lily and Ivy were especially close, since they did preschool together every Tuesday, and usually had a daytime playdate on Fridays, plus other spontaneous playtimes. They are such a cute pair of girls, and it was fun to see what they came up with when playing together.
I am sad now that I didn't get a picture of "the moms": Rae, Keri, and myself. These ladies were great to talk with and swap mother stories and help with and more...so hard to say goodbye!
We were also grateful to get to know a great family in our cul-de-sac, the Tarrants. Anwyn found a great friend in Kaitlyn, and they spent a lot of time together in their second-grade class, riding the bus, and playing after school.

Hopefully we will get to return to North Carolina someday to visit these great people!
