Anwyn's Birthday

Anwyn turned seven on Christmas Day. As has become our tradition, we celebrated her birthday one month later in order to have a separation of the two special days. She was very excited for her special day. We celebrated on Monday with her favorite meal for dinner (teriyaki meatballs and rice) and brownies for dessert.
She has enjoyed her birthday gifts and got right to work with Dad building a Lego lighthouse.
On Saturday we had a small party with friends (it was really more of a playdate with a theme). Lily's Tangled party had been so much fun that we went with the same theme for Anwyn's party (which made planning a lot easier on me!)

The pretty party girls.
Pascal party blowers!

A tower cake made out of doughnuts.
We love you, Anwyn! What a sweet daughter you are, and we are so thankful you are a part of our family!

What a great idea to have another special day for Anwyn! I'm sure she enjoys having that time for a birthday celebration separate from Christmas. :)

Friend parties are fun! It's great to see your children feel special and be the "birthday girl"!
